SHALOM!
Genesis 5:24Tree of Life Version (TLV)
24 And Enoch continually walked with God—then he was not there, because God took him.
It was on “SHAVUOT/WEEKS/PENTECOST” in the COVENANT Hebrew Month of Sivan that Chanokh/Hanok a.k.a Enoch (Hebrew name meaning “To Dedicate”) was born!
Note that as per the Book of Jubilees, YAH’S Moedim/Festivals were actually instituted in the Shammayim/Heavens long before they were introduced and instituted on the earth.
Matthew 6:9-10 Tree of Life Version (TLV)
9 “Therefore, pray in this way:
‘Our Father in heaven,
sanctified be Your name.
10 Your kingdom come,
Your will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Note that the Tabernacle of Moses was built as a copy of what is in the Shammayim/Heavens!
In fact, it was on the basis of the Rainbow Covenant that YAHUVEH (a.k.a YAHWEH) introduced and instituted the Feast of SHAVU’OT! It was recorded in the Heavenly Tablets that it is to be observed every year on the same day in memory of the Rainbow Covenant! It is all about celebrating COVENANT with YAH Almighty!
It is very interesting to learn that YAHUVEH Almighty brought Chanokh into the world on SHAVU’OT (6th Sivan) and then took him from this world in a very special way on SHAVU’OT (6th Sivan) years later!
Chanokh led a life dedicated unto ELOHIM (a.k.a YAH) whose name is YAHUVEH! He lived up to the meaning of his name.
HE received Divine Favour like no other man on this earth. He toured various places in the spiritual realm within the Heavens and also hell the lake of fire. He also saw the Garden of Eden, etc. He saw the past, the present at his time and the future. He saw the future of mankind on earth all the way to the Judgement Day. He saw all the generations of mankind on earth and how they faired. He as terrified and feared for those yet to be born.
On the day that Chanokh was raptured to the Heavens, his family which he had left behind on the earth had a great feast for 3 days.
These 3 days cover the days on which we observe and celebrate SHAVU’OT today particularly outside of Israel.
Without knowing about SHAVU’OT, Chanokh’s descendants started celebrating SHAVU’OT at that point in time. It is also recorded that much later on in history after Chanokh had been caught up to the Heavens in a supernatural manner just like Eliyahu Ha Navi/Prophet Elijah as per 2 Kings 2, Noah too celebrated the Feast of SHAVU’OT as it was the day on which YAHUVEH GOD made a covenant with mankind using the Rainbow!
Hebrews 11:5-7 Tree of Life Version (TLV)
5 By faith Enoch was taken so as not to see death, and he was not found because God took him.[a] For before he was taken, he was commended as pleasing to God. 6 Now without faith it is impossible to please God. For the one who comes to God must believe that He exists and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.
7 By faith Noah, when warned about events not yet seen, in holy fear prepared an ark for the safety of his household. Through faith he condemned the world and became an heir of the righteousness that comes by faith.

The Book of Enoch
Life of Enoch summary:
1 Enoch was born on the sixth day of the month Tsivan, and lived three hundred and sixty-five years.
2 He was taken up to heaven on the first day of the month Tsivan and remained in heaven sixty days.
3 He wrote all these signs of all creation, which the Lord created, and wrote three hundred and sixty-six books, and handed them over to his sons and remained on earth thirty days, and was again taken up to heaven on the sixth day of the month Tsivan, on the very day and hour when he was born.
4 As every man’s nature in this life is dark, so are also his conception, birth, and departure from this life.
5 At what hour he was conceived, at that hour he was born, and at that hour too he died.
6 Methosalam and his brethren, all the sons of Enoch, made haste, and erected an altar at that place called Achuzan, whence and where Enoch had been taken up to heaven.
7 And they took sacrificial oxen and summoned all people and sacrificed the sacrifice before the Lord’s face.
8 All people, the elders of the people and the whole assembly came to the feast and brought gifts to the sons of Enoch.
9 And they made a great feast, rejoicing and making merry three days, praising God, who had given them such a sign through Enoch, who had found favour with him, and that they should hand it on to their sons from generation to generation, from age to age.
10 Amen.
