DAILY PRAYER FOR THE COUNTING OF THE OMER:

Each day, one says the blessing:
Blessed are You, YAHUVEH our God, King of the universe, Who has sanctified us with His commandments and has commanded us concerning the counting of the Omer.

Today is the Sixth day of the Omer. The Merciful One, may He return to us the service of the Temple to its place, speedily in our days. Amen, Selah! IN YAHUSHUA’S NAME

Day 6 Omer Reading:

Week 2 /Attribute 2 – Vigor/Discipline (Gevurah) Sitting At The Feet Of Our Master YAHUSHUA

YAHUVEH/GOD is calling us to repent and become Kadosh/Holy -Set Apart Talmidim/Disciples and become doers of the Word and not Hearers only.

Hebrew- Musar – Discipline H4148 מ סר mûsâr moo-sawr’ From H3256; properly chastisement; figuratively reproof, warning or instruction; also restraint: – bond, chastening ([-eth]), chastisement, check, correction, discipline, doctrine, instruction, rebuke.

Job 36:10

He sounds a warning in their ears and orders them to repent of their evil. (Complete Jewish Bible)

Job 36:10

“He opens their ear to instruction, And commands that they return from evil. (NASB Translation)

Job 36:10

He also opens their ears to instruction and discipline, and commands that they return from iniquity (Amplified)

2 Timothy 3:16

All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness;

2 Timothy 3:17

so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.

What Scripture was Paul referring to at this time? It was the Tenach (Torah, Writtings and The Prophets). The New Testament or Brit HaDasah/renewed covenant is based upon Torah principles.

Everything the disciples taught were based upon YAHUSHUA and His Torah.

The more you study Torah, the more you will see that the Brit haDasha is halacha or teaching you how to walk in the RUACH of Torah in YAHUSHUA. We are to live according to His standards, not the worlds standards. We are to live Biblically Correct lives, not Politically Correct lives.

Torah means- YAHUVEH/GOD’s Teaching and Instruction on how we are to live as His set apart people in Messiah.

He is calling us to take spiritual inventory of our lives. Are we living lives that are pleasing to Him? It is easy to fool people on the outside, but He sees our hearts. It is our hearts He is after, our WHOLE HEART must belong to Him.

People all over the world are discovering the beauty of His Torah and are repenting/Teshuvah of their Babylonian/Pagan ways and truly walking in the footsteps of YAHUSHUA. He walked in complete obedience to Torah and made it very clear He was not sent to do away with GOD’s laws.

Matthew 5:17-20

“Don’t think that I have come to abolish the Torah or the Prophets. I have come not to abolish but to complete. Mat 5:18 Yes indeed! I tell you that until heaven and earth pass away, not so much as a yud or a stroke will pass from the Torah – not until everything that must happen has happened.

Mat 5:19 So whoever disobeys the least of these mitzvot and teaches others to do so will be called the least in the Kingdom of Heaven. But whoever obeys them and so teaches will be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven. Mat 5:20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness is far greater than that of the Torah- teachers and P’rushim, you will certainly not enter the Kingdom of Heaven! (Complete Jewish Bible)

He Is Calling His Bride to go to the Mikveh and get ready for the Wedding! This week we will be talking about discipline and repentance and the Mikveh process.

Hebrews 12:6 – 14

FOR THOSE WHOM THE LORD LOVES HE DISCIPLINES, AND HE SCOURGES EVERY SON WHOM HE RECEIVES.”

Heb 12:7 It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline? Heb 12:8 But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children and not sons.

Heb 12:9 Furthermore, we had earthly fathers to discipline us, and we respected them; shall we not much rather be subject to the Father of spirits, and live?

Heb 12:10 For they disciplined us for a short time as seemed best to them, but He disciplines us for our good, so that we may share His holiness.

Heb 12:11 All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness.

Heb 12:12 Therefore, strengthen the hands that are weak and the knees that are feeble, Heb 12:13 and make straight paths for your feet, so that the limb which is lame may not be put out of joint, but rather be healed. Heb 12:14 Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord.

Prayer:

Psalm 51:7-13

Purify me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Make me to hear joy and gladness, Let the bones which You have broken rejoice. Hide Your face from my sins And blot out all my iniquities.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your presence And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation And sustain me with a willing spirit. Then I will teach transgressors Your ways, And sinners will be converted to You.
