The name Goliath is boy’s name of Hebrew origin meaning “exile”.

*THE SHEMA [SH’MA] and The evil spirit of Goliath*
Dear Brethren in YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH [a.k.a JESUS CHRIST; not Yeshua! ; not YeshaYAHU!!!],
It is worth noting that THE SHEMA a.k.a SH’MA is of such GREAT SIGNIFICANCE that the spirit of Goliath battles and wars against it constantly.
While reading the extended story of David, we have come to learn what THE CREATOR, YAH SHADDAI meant when HE revealed to someone Prophetically that the spirit of Goliath represents hindrance to TRUE FAITH IN and WORSHIP OF THE ONE AND ONLY TRUE GOD, YAH SHADDAI!
In the days of the King Shaul’s reign on earth, Goliath, the son of Orpah, a Moabitess (Ruth’s sister), Goliath constantly challenged ISRAEL by making his appearances before them at the exact times in the mornings and evenings at which they were preparing to recite THE SHEMA!
Additionally, Goliath at some point during that time successfully took the TABLES OF STONE on which YAH’S TORAH/LAW had been inscribed and given to Moshe on Mount Sinai many years before that. King Shaul a.k.a Saul was given YAH’S GRACE to be able to successfully wrest them from Goliath but when he did, Shaul became a major target of Goliath.
The physical Goliath that we can relate with in this earthly realm may be dead today however his spirit lives on in the spiritual realm and still wars against TRUE FAITH IN and WORSHIP OF YAH SHADDAI by creating distractions and by trying to make himself god over YAH’S Specially Set Apart Chosen People on earth. This is what YAH SHADDAI is revealing Prophetically in these end times. We are to war against this evil spirit of Goliath for THE HOLY BIBLICAL SCRIPTURES say:
Ephesians 6:12

*12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.*
2 Corinthians 10:5-7

*5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of YAH, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH [a.k.a CHRIST];*
6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
7 Do ye look on things after the outward appearance? *if any man trust to himself that he is YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH’S [CHRIST’S], let him of himself think this again, that, as he is YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH’S [CHRIST’S], even so are we YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH’S [CHRIST’S].*
The spirit of Goliath does not want YAH’S People to connect with YAH SHADDAI and hear what HE has to say. It is a strongman and one of many.
Matthew 12:28-30

28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the KINGDOM OF YAH is come unto you.
*29 Or else how can one enter into a strong man’s house and despoil his goods, unless he first bind the strong man? And then he will despoil his house.*
30 “HE that is not with ME is against ME, and he that gathereth not with ME scattereth abroad.
The spirit constantly tries to exalt itself against YAH SHADDAI and challenges YAH SHADDAI to get into combat with it. This reminds us of The Tower of Babel incident as this Goliath echoed and still echoes them. That is why Goliath is extremely large and tall and fierce as he was, was brought to his knees just as the giant Tower of Babel and many of its builders was brought down to their knees many years ago.
It is customary to recite THE SHEMA daily in the mornings before getting out of bed and in the night in bed before lying down to sleep. When ISRAELITE S are reciting THE SHEMA, they tend to cover their eyes so that they focus well on what they are saying and mean it.
THE SHEMA:
Deuteronomy 6:4-9

5 And thou shalt love the LORD YAHUVEH thy GOD with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

7 and thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down and when thou risest up.

9 And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house and on thy gates.
Verse 6 mentions that: “these are the WORDS…” The word, “WORDS” in HEBREW is DEVARIM as we learned through THE TORAH/LAW Parashah/Portion, DEVARIM 3 weeks ago.
*The word, DEVARIM can also imply YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH who is THE WORD OF THE YAH SHADDAI as per John 1, etc.* DEVARIM is the plural while D’VAR is sometimes written as DEVAR is singular.

1 Bereshis (in the Beginning) was the Dvar Hashem [YESHAYAH 55:11; BERESHIS 1:3], and the DVAR HASHEM was agav (along with, etzel, Mishle 8:30;30:4) HASHEM, and the DVAR HASHEM was nothing less, by nature, than Elohim! [Psa 56:11(10); Yn 17:5; Rev. 19:13 i.e., the Ma’amar Memra]
2 Bereshis (in the Beginning) this DVAR HASHEM was with HASHEM [Prov 8:30].
We see Proverbs 8:30 and 30:4 quoted here which we find interesting as Proverbs 8 refers to RUACH HA KODESH [a.k.a HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT] a.k.a SHEKINYAH GLORY a.k.a WISDOM a.k.a IMMAYAH [GOD THE MOTHER].
YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH is the only begotten SON [BEN] of GOD THE FATHER, YAHUVEH [YAHWEH] and GOD THE HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT, SHEKINYAH GLORY [John/YAHUchanan 3:16]!
*THE TORAH/LAW birthed THE DEVAR/WORD OF YAH SHADDAI!*
The 3 of THEM are and form THE HOLY TRINITY GODHEAD! THEY ARE ONE! So, *when THE SHEMA only mentions THE NAME [HASHEM] of YAHUVEH, it does not meant that YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH and SHEKINYAH GLORY are excluded.!!!* GOD THE SON and GOD THE HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT are very much included as they came out of YAHUVEH just as Chavvah [Eve] and Hevel [Abel] came out of Adam.

YAH SHADDAI says that just as Chavvah was Adam’s missing rib, so too is SHEKINYAH GLORY a.k.a RUACH HA KODESH a.k.a WISDOM a.k.a IMMAYAH is YAHUVEH’S missing rib and YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH is the product of their union just as Hevel was the product of Adam and Chavvah’s union.
Now, according to The Legends of the Jews, YAH’S TORAH/LAW existed along with YAHUVEH along with 6 other things long before THE HEAVENS and THE EARTH and all that is in them were formed. YAH’S TORAH/LAW was in conversation with HIM as SHE [not it!!!] on YAHUVEH’S Laps. This same TORAH/LAW is referred to as WISDOM in THE BOOK OF PROVERBS [MISHLEI in HEBREW]!
*TORAH/LAW birthed YAH’S DEVAR/WORD who was crucified for mankind’s DELIVERANCE/YAHUSHUA from darkness and ha satan, HalleluYAH HalleluYAH HalleluYAH 👏👏👏* YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH was crucified at the gates of YAHrushalayim [Jerusalem] thereby becoming THE MEZUZAH [the HEBREW word for the case in which THE SHEMA parchment is placed and preserved and hang on doorposts]!
TORAH/LAW = SHEKINYAH GLORY a.k.a WISDOM a.k.a IMMAYAH a.k.a RUACH HA KODESH

YAH’S TORAH/LAW is also THE TREE OF LIFE mentioned in Genesis 2 and Revelation 22!
*It is this same TORAH/LAW [Genesis- Deuteronomy but summarised in Deuteronomy] that is referred to in the address to Yahushua the son of Nun in Joshua/Yahushua 1:6-9!*
Within YAH’S DEVAR/WORD is YAH’S TORAH/LAW and according to Isaiah 55:9-11, YAH’S DEVAR/WORD never returns to HIM void.
YAH’S DEVAR/WORD is powerful and active and sharper than any double aged sword, HalleluYAH! [Hebrews 4:12]
Revelation 19:15

*15 And out of HIS MOUTH goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and HE shall rule them with a ROD OF IRON: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of ALMIGHTY YAH.*
So, when Goliath fought against THE SHEMA, he was fighting against YAH SHADDAI HIMSELF!
And interestingly, YAH SHADDAI has revealed Prophetically that the Anti-Messiah a.k.a Anti-christ, Barrack Hussein Obama [Luke 10:18; Revelation 13:18; 17:11; Daniel 11:36-37; etc] will do exactly what Goliath did then in the not so distant future.
While SHEKINYAH GLORY a.k.a RUACH HA KODESH a.k.a WISDOM is THE LAW [TORAH],

We are give a CHOICE in Deuteronomy 30:19 as follows:

Both the BLESSINGS and Curses are laid out for us in Chapter 28 of Deuteronomy/Devarim and within the same book, a great emphasis is placed on doing everything possible to avoid learning the ways of the heathen so as to avoid worshipping YAH SHADDAI I the same manner [Deuteronomy 12:29-32]. *Now that the ways of the heathen are widespread even in the Churches, we need to know them so as to avoid them altogether.*
So, it is important to be aware of this so that we can be empowered against the spirit of Goliath.
THE SHEMA is a summary of YAH’S COVENANT made at Mount Sinai on SHAVU’OT [WEEKS] PENTECOST many years ago and in fact throughout THE BOOK OF DEUTERONOMY/DEVARIM, we see the word, COVENANT repeatedly used when addressing ISRAEL as they prepare to cross over The River Jordan/Yarden and into THE PROMISED LAND! YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH repeats and summaries THE SHEMA and THE TEN COMMANDMENTS as follows:

37 YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH [JESUS CHRIST] said unto HIM, Thou shalt love the LORD YAHUVEH thy GOD [ELOHIM] with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40 On these two COMMANDMENTS hang all the LAW [TORAH] and the prophets.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE and more LOVE in THE CREATOR, YAH’S Way (not mankind’s way)! This is the main message being put across to us since The Garden of Eden, HalleluYAH HalleluYAH HalleluYAH HalleluYAH HalleluYAH HalleluYAH HalleluYAH! Also, Read John 15 and 1 Corinthians 13 and The Book of Hosea. And this ties in nicely with TU B’AV [15TH AV] and TISHA B’AV [9TH AV] as well as TAMMUZ 17 as they all focus on the consequences of LOVE and disobedience of YAH SHADDAI!
