In this week’s Parasha, we are given some detailed information on the Levite lineage. Note the amount of detail given.

Note that each detail is vital to YAH (a.k.a ELOHIM) Almighty!

Note how much emphasis is placed on “the staff” – Moshe/Moses had a staff which was of great importance as it was highly anointed by ABBA YAHUVEH!

Aharon/Aaron (Moses’ brother) was appointed by YAHUVEH GOD to be Moses’ right hand man. The main evidence was exhibited through Aaron’s staff which YAH Almighty also used to express HIS Power and Glory.

 

 

The backdrop for this stage is Pharaoh’s palace. Moses had grown up there but had been gone for forty years, having fled to Midian following his killing of the Egyptian taskmaster he’d seen beating a Hebrew slave. While there he had received extensive training in how to shepherd, training that was necessary before he would be allowed to lead the people of the Most High ELOHIM. One could easily argue that Moses had to be deprogrammed from the Egyptian mindset and had to be taken back to his Hebrew roots. In doing so, the gods of Egypt in his life were killed and he met the one true ELOHIM whose name is YAHUVEH (a.k.a YAHWEH). Once enough of Egypt was out of him and he knew where he came from (his roots) and what the Almighty desired of him, he was ready to be sent on his mission.

This is a time to ask YAH Almighty for Divine Intervention into each and every one of our lives – ask for Deliverance from every form of bondage.
