This is the last month of Hebrew year 5779. Another decade is almost complete (5770 to 5780). A new decade will commence on the Hebrew calendar. Also, on December 31st, the year 2019 will come to an end and 2020 will start on January 1st. A new decade will also commence on the Roman Gregorian Calendar.

We’re about to commence a new decade and spiritual season. There is a lot coming up within the next decade (that will manifest throughout the earth in the upcoming decade). Strengthen your ruach/spirit and soul.

 

The month of ‘Elul’ teaches us the necessity of being willing to turn around!

 

The month of ELUL is therefore a time each year to PREPARE for the YAMIM NORA’IM, the DAYS OF AWE, by getting out SPIRITUAL HOUSE IN ORDER!!!

SHALOM Brethren, hope your SHABBAT went well.

Shabbat came to an end at sun-down yesterday (Saturday 31st August 2019). Havdalah/Separation occurred (separation of the holy/specially set apart from the profane/ordinary).

Today is ELUL 1 (a.k.a The 1st of the Hebrew month of ELUL). It marks the beginning of the 40 days (Elul 1 to Tishri 10) which Moshe Ha Navi/Prophet Moses ascended the Mount Sinai to repent on behalf of Israel after they sinned against YAH Almighty through the worship of the golden calf (false worship, idolatry).

This marks the beginning deep of Repentance (deeper than usual)!

In approximately 40 days, Moses and the rest of the Children of Israel are offered a NEW BEGINNING, a FRESH START with YAH Almighty when they are given the second set of the TEN COMMANDMENTS.

We too have access to NEW BEGINNINGS with YAH Almighty!

 

 

Moses waited on YAH through fasting and praying for 40 days in the 6th month of the year at the time (and simultaneously the 12th month of the year) and on the 1st day of the 7th month (as well as the 1st month of the year, he and Israel were given a new start. YAH was gracious to them and HE can still be gracious to us if only we call upon with genuineness (Isaiah 1:18; 2 Chronicles 7:14, Psalm 51).

Let us present our weaknesses to YAH.

 

Let us talk to YAH Almighty about the spiritual state of our hearts in relation to each commandment (10 in all). Ask if you are walking HOLY  before YAH in relation to each commandment then sort things out with YAH in prayer and fasting.

20 Then Elohim spoke all these words:

² “I am Yahweh your Elohim, who brought you out of slavery in Egypt.

³ “Never have any other god. ⁴ Never make your own carved idols or statues that represent any creature in the sky, on the earth, or in the water. ⁵ Never worship them or serve them, because I, Yahwehyour Elohim, am El Kanna. I punish children for their parents’ sins to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me. ⁶ But I show mercy to thousands of generations of those who love me and obey my commandments.

⁷ “Never use the name of Yahweh yourElohim carelessly. Yahweh will make sure that anyone who carelessly uses his name will be punished.

⁸ “Remember the day of worship by observing it as a holy day. ⁹ You have six days to do all your work. ¹⁰ The seventh day is the day of worship dedicated to Yahweh your Elohim. You, your sons, your daughters, your male and female slaves, your cattle, and the foreigners living in your city must never do any work on that day. ¹¹ In six days Yahweh made heaven, earth, and the sea, along with everything in them. He didn’t work on the seventh day. That’s why Yahweh blessed the day he stopped his work and set this day apart as holy.

¹² “Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live for a long time in the land Yahweh your Elohim is giving you.

¹³ “Never murder.

¹⁴ “Never commit adultery.

¹⁵ “Never steal.

¹⁶ “Never lie when you testify about your neighbor.

¹⁷ “Never desire to take your neighbor’s household away from him.

“Never desire to take your neighbor’s wife, his male or female slave, his ox, his donkey, or anything else that belongs to him.”

 

 

Full obedience (not part obedience) to the commandments of YAH reflects whether you are truly the Bride of YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH!

Also, check, are you blameless and pure spiritually just as:

• Enoch,
• Methuselah,
• Noah,
• Joseph (Jacob’s/Israel’s son)
• Job,
• Joseph the earthly father of YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH,
• YAHUSHUA HA MASHIACH etc?

…….and many others.

Being blameless both spiritually and physically is crucial to YAH!

• Your spiritual accuser is Satan.

 

• Your physical accuser are the people around you, such as work-mates, family, friends, etc.

 

How are your personality and character both privately and publicly? 

 

If people on earth have more bad things to say about you than the good things, then you have a lot of work to do because it means that Satan’s list of accusations of you before YAH is much much longer and there is no way YAH can win the battle over your soul unless you go into deep repentance. See Job 1 for evidence. Also, the scripture about the spiritual battle over Moses’ spiritual body.

Prologue

1 In the land of Uz there lived a man whose name was Job. This man was blameless and upright; he feared ELOHIM (GOD) and shunned evil. ² He had seven sons and three daughters, ³ and he owned seven thousand sheep, three thousand camels, five hundred yoke of oxen and five hundred donkeys, and had a large number of servants. He was the greatest man among all the people of the East.

⁴ His sons used to hold feasts in their homes on their birthdays, and they would invite their three sisters to eat and drink with them. ⁵ When a period of feasting had run its course, Job would make arrangements for them to be purified. Early in the morning he would sacrifice a burnt offering for each of them, thinking, “Perhaps my children have sinned and cursed ELOHIM (GOD) in their hearts.” This was Job’s regular custom.

⁶ One day the angels^[a] came to present themselves before the LORD YAHUVEH (a.k.a YAHWEH), and Satan^[b]also came with them. ⁷ The LORD  YAHUVEH said to Satan, “Where have you come from?”

Satan answered the LORD YAHUVEH, “From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.” 

⁸ Then the LORD YAHUVEH  said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is BLAMELESS and UPRIGHT, a man who fears ELOHIM (GOD) and shuns evil.”

⁹ “Does Job fear ELOHIM (GOD) for nothing?” Satan replied. ¹⁰ “Have you not put a hedgearound him and his household and everything he has? You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land.¹¹ But now stretch out your hand and strike everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face.”

¹² The LORD YAHUVEH  said to Satan, “Very well, then, everything he has is in your power, but on the man himself do not lay a finger.”

Then Satan went out from the presence of the LORD YAHUVEH.

Then I can brag on the day of MASHIACH (CHRIST)  that my effort was not wasted and that my work produced results.
