50 Days After YOM KIPPUR
A Day of FASTING and PRAYER as on YOM KIPPUR!
A Day of PRAISE and WORSHIP!
The Minor Moed/Festival called “SIGD”which was observed two days ago (29th Marcheshvan) points to the some themes in this month, that it:
- The theme of Darkness and LIGHT
as well as
- The theme of Covenant-keeping!
This is the month of “DEDICATION” and “RE-DEDICATION” unto YAH Almighty, that is “CHANOCK” in Hebrew!
It is a good time to study about the life of Chanock/Enoch (Noach’s/Noah’s grandfather). Will upload something on this in due course.
Today, Thursday 8th November 2018 is 30th Marcheshvan (a.k.a Cheshvan, Heshvan) – the last day of the Hebrew/Jewish Calendar.
The Month of Kislev commences this evening/at today’s sun-down.
Chanukah Hanukkah (a.k.a Feast of Lights & Dedication) is around the corner now.
